On September, 3rd, the building of the future Independent Living Center started. It will be operative in February, 2008. After demolishing the existing facilities, new spaces were set and new structures were assembled. By now the operations previous to the facilities of water, electricity and gas are being carried out.

Electrical installers, domotic installers, domotic integrators, architects, interior designer and other professionals involved in the building works carry out monitoring visits in orther to make the necessary adjustments in the Center together with the building work's head and the team of the Center.
